Cascades Videography is owned and operated by Ken Rose out of Bend, Oregon. Ken has been involved in the communications and professional audio/video field for over 20 years. He is a Certified Technology Specialist with the International Communications Industry Association, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, and an Audio Engineering Degree from Mira Costa College. He is an active member of the Wedding and Events Videographers Association (WEVA), and the Bend Chamber of Commerce.

Ken also has advanced training in curriculum development, teaching techniques, and multimedia-based training. He has taught digital audio/video production at the college level, and is a certified U.S. Navy Master Training Specialist.

Ken’s video-production philosophy is to strike a balance between the art and science:
"Just because you can create amazing special effects doesn't mean you should. You see this in commercials all the time. There are three different text effects flying around, animations, two video images, music, sound effects, and an announcer all screaming at you at once. Sometimes less is more. The point is to focus on the viewer, and how you're going to reach them."

Cascades Videography specializes in weddings, special events, sports, and marketing videos, as well as Podcast production and consulting. They serve all of the State of Oregon.
