The Sparacinos are no strangers to the restaurant business in the area. Tony Owned the original Sonny Sparacino's Ristorante' and Bar downtown - less than a block from where his Grandmother's restaurant stood. Prior to Pasta Fasta, the owned Sonny's Bistro in East Asheville and Sparacino's Ristorante' in downtown Hendersonville. Tony brings over 30 years of Old World Tradition to the restaurant. He is one of the original pioneers of the local foodtopian scene in Asheville that is still active.

Pasta Fasta has Italian Charm with a touch of Southern Hospitality creating an ambience of authentic European dining. "We intend to make you feel like you are part of the extended Sparacino Family each time you dine with us," explains Zack Trantham, Dining Room Manager. The hospitality extended by the Sparacino's to their guests has remained unchanged for three generations.

Our Main Focus at Pasta Fasta is on Freshness, Fast! Freshness: Fresh Pasta made on the premises, traditional family sauce recipes, and homemade Italian bread. Fast: You can be seated and eating within 2 minutes with the All You Can Eat Pasta Bar, which includes Salad and fresh made Bread. Or, choose one of our many traditional Italian favorites and our Chefs will prepare it for you.

Tony Sparacino says "My Grandmother's philosophy is still carried on at Pasta Fasta. We support Local Businesses and buy as much produce from Local Farmers as possible."

Our Speciaty Pasta Bar features scratch made pasta, traditional family sauces, fresh salads, and homemade foccacia served with a dipping suace of extra virgin olive oil, aged balsalmic vinegar, and fresh spices for dipping.

Our enticing menu features traditional Italian dishes, local craft beer, specialty wines, unique paninis, specialty pizzas, appealing appetizers, seasonal salads, plentiful pasta dishes, espresso drinks, and decadent desserts.
