Facility

F.A.S.T. Sport Conditioning, Arvada's premier sports conditioning and fitness facility, offers a clean, motivating environment in a fun, friendly, and energizing atmosphere. It features:

- Over 12,000 ft² of indoor space.

- Over 4,000 ft² of artificial turf that is over 100ft in length for speed and agility work.

- 5,000 ft² of strength training equipment.

- Two full-size batting cages (70' long) complete with mounds, L-screens, and T's. Center wall can be removed to create one large cage: ideal for team training or working out your aggressions with a good game of dodge ball!

- Spinning/Yoga Room.

- Locker Rooms.

- Massage/Physical Therapy Room.

- Kids’ Room (not a daycare).

- Lounge area.
